Clinical work asks a lot of us. It asks that we sit in the unknown, hold stories that change us, and show up with both skill and heart. My role is to help you do that with more clarity, confidence, and compassion, for your clients and for yourself.
I offer consultation and supervision services for therapists, social workers, and helping professionals who want to grow their practice, deepen their clinical insight, and stay connected to the “why” behind their work.
Consultation — $180/hour
Clinical consultation is a space to think deeply, bring yourself back to goals, address transference, and work creatively.
I draw from my background across medical, nonprofit, and outpatient mental health settings, with focused expertise in oncology, chronic illness, medical trauma, grief, young adulthood, and life transitions.
Together, we can:
- Explore complex or high-acuity cases
- Strengthen your clinical formulation and treatment planning
- Integrate trauma-informed and relational approaches
- Reflect on self-of-the-therapist themes and boundaries
- Build sustainability and confidence in your clinical voice
Consultation is tailored to your needs and can include both clinical and professional development support.
Supervision — $100/hour
Available for ASWs in California and North Carolina, supervision with me is a collaborative and nurturing space to grow into your full potential as a clinician. Together, we will co-create major goals while you are accruing hours with a focus on ethics, clinical interventions, and diversity and equity.
You can expect:
- A balance of warmth, safety, curiosity, and accountability
- Guidance in bridging theory and practice
- Emphasis on reflective practice, ethics, and self-awareness.
- Support in developing your identity and confidence as a therapist
Supervision with me is not about perfection; it’s about presence, learning, and building a foundation that lasts. If you want to deepen your understanding with someone who is relational and human, this space is for you.
